Data Handling & Privacy

What we collect

Account information (name, email) and subscription identifiers needed to provision and manage your instance. When you subscribe via AWS Marketplace, we receive an AWS-provided customer identifier to link your subscription.

Your instance data

Each subscription provisions a dedicated, single-tenant instance. Data and models you create inside your instance reside on that instance. We access your instance only as needed to operate the service: specifically for automated health monitoring, security patching, and backups, and to provide support you request. We do not use the data or models inside your instance for any other purpose, and we do not sell or share it.

Backups

To protect against data loss, we take automated backups of instance data. Backups are retained on a rolling basis and are used solely to restore or maintain your environment.

Storage & retention

Account records are retained for the life of your subscription and for a limited period afterward as required for legal, tax, and operational purposes. When a subscription ends, the associated instance is deprovisioned and its backups are removed on a rolling basis.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with the infrastructure providers required to deliver the service (for example, AWS for hosting and billing, and our email provider for transactional messages).

Security

Instances are provisioned in isolated cloud environments with credentials unique to each customer. We apply security patches and monitor instance health to keep your environment secure and available. Access details are delivered to the account email on record.
